We currently have a two tone oyester, gold chronograph Blancpain, IWC Portofino, moonphase Glasshutte, Royal Oak Audemars Piguet, and small gold Monte Blanc (this is our only quartz watch). We see them as investments and have actually made money on some of the other watches that we sold. If you take care of them and buy only nice watches, these things can be the down payment on a house! :) (We have become huge snobs and probably will never own a quartz watch again!)<br><b>References : </b><br> My husband and I collect nice time pieces. I personally think it happens with people who tend to have obsessive complusive behaviour. In other words, if you do not continue to buy watches then you will find another hobby or tendency to take to the limit.
